We truly have the most wonderful and diverse community of people, skills, interests and backgrounds on our Pilates mats. We arrange regular social get-togethers to chat and share information.

 

If you are not sure whether a class is suitable for you or you feel worried about fitting in, join us at our next social and meet some of our beautiful people. Our promise is to make you feel the warmest of welcomes.

Beginners Series

This five-week series covers all the basics that you need to get the best out of every Pilates workout.

Each one hour session focusses on a key element of the Pilates principles. Starting with how to breathe correctly, we move onto how to align your body, connect your core muscles, and build strength and stability.

If you have recently started attending classes or are thinking about it but don't want to feel lost, this is the perfect series for you.
